Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust wanted a creative agency to develop an Employer Brand Proposition and an effective recruitment marketing campaign which could be applied across all of its recruitment activities. They wanted a strong visual identity for an integrated campaign using a range of channels including social media and digital to share powerful and inclusive messages about working for the Trust.
They were looking for innovative solutions for reaching target audiences to help them stand out from the crowd in what is a highly competitive recruitment market.
We created and executed a full creative campaign. We delivered a bold, stand-out campaign to motivate and inspire both new recruits and ‘returners to practice’ to join their workforce.
Our fresh and modern, eye-catching solution is simple yet effective and emphasises Moorfields’ core messages – Be Happy Here, Be Excellent Here, Be Caring Here. We delivered a variety of marketing collateral including promotional packs with inserts, promotional banners and artwork to support a full social media campaign.
The campaign has been a huge success and is being rolled out across multiple hospital sites around the UK.
