Our Company conforms to these four requirements:

• That the Company does not use, nor allow any of its employees, officers or subcontractors to use physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation of its employees or subcontractors.
• That the Company does not use, nor allow any of its subcontractors to use, child or slave labour.

Verve Communications is subject to the Modern Slavery Act (2015) and complies fully with the requirements of the Act.

Please note that the total turnover of Verve Communications Limited is less than £36M per annum.

We can confirm there have been no actual or suspected breaches of the MSA that have occurred at Verve Communications in the last 12 months.
